We pick, pack, and label in small batches from our studio in Europe. Allow roughly 2–4 business days to leave the studio, then standard carrier time — often 2–5 business days within Europe and 7–14+ days for the US and the rest of the world, depending on the service and customs.
If an item in your order is made by a print partner, expect a production window (often 2–7 business days) before the carrier scan, then standard carrier time to your address. The product page will call that out explicitly.
Typical totals: in-house deck orders within Europe often arrive within about a week once packed; the US, the rest of the world, and print-partner or mixed carts take longer. Your confirmation email and carrier events are the source of truth.

For partner-fulfilled items (posters, apparel, and other made-to-order goods), shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We work with trusted carriers to get you the best rates possible.
Free shipping:
Free shipping on posters & t-shirts when you order 70€ worth or more. Tarot decks ship separately with studio rates and do not count toward this offer. Availability for the print partner leg can vary by country; deck shipping is always the flat rate above.
We send decks almost everywhere the carrier will take a tracked parcel. Mixed carts (decks plus partner-fulfilled items) may arrive separately and get more than one tracking email.
International shipping times vary by destination (typically 7-14 business days after production). Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and will be shown at checkout.
Important: Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. These vary by country and are collected by your local customs office upon delivery.
